Audra
Audra, a college student, came to me with dehydrated, inflamed, and congested skin — including breakouts along her jaw and chin often caused by hormonal imbalances and stress. - We focused on rehydration, calming inflammation, and fading hyperpigmentation using Repechage and Face Reality products.
- Products included: Vitamin C, Face Reality 11% mandelic, Face Reality 5% Glycolic Serum, Face Reality 5% Acne Med, Face Reality HydraBalance Gel, and an acne wash used on her chin, which helped break up deep, cystic acne. She also used the Repechage Red Out product line, which is amazing for reducing redness and inflammation.
- When home from school for the holidays, she prioritized facial treatments to boost her progress featuring cleansing, exfoliating, a chemical peel, and LED light therapy.
Jake
Jake found WendyCityFaces as he was struggling with severe acne with very thin, red and inflamed skin. As an active soccer player, his skin was constantly exposed to the elements, and nothing he tried seemed to work. His skin was complicated to treat, but we found the right balance of products and treatments and saw immediate improvement. - Added Face Reality Hydra Remedy Gel with niacinamide, Face Reality 10% Glycolic Serum, Face Reality 10% Acne Med, and a salicylic toner to reduce breakouts.
- Scheduled professional facials every 2–3 weeks, including lactic acid peels and green light therapy.
- At home, he continued using LED green light and icing to calm inflammation, and never skipped SPF before soccer practice!
